Missionaries to Malapascua, Philippine Islans

Bro. Timothy Owen is an American Born missionary in the Cebu Region of the Philippines Islands. The island of Malapascua is the birthplace of Bro. Timothy's wife, Gera. Several years ago, Bro. Timothy brought Gera to the states where they were married. Then they moved to Bro. Timothy's home in Lake Toxaway, NC. They had their first daughter, Julia, here in the U.S. and now God has burdened Bro. Timothy to return to his wife's home island to establish a fundamental Baptist Church. In the past, there was no work for Christ on the island, and now more than 3,000 natives are waiting to hear the gospel from the Owen family.

Several years ago, Bro. Timothy went with the ABMI Missions Director, Dr. E. Duain Whittemore to the island for an evangelistic outreach, and several souls were saved during the meeting. Now Bro. Timothy is in the beginning stages of starting a work to train those new believers in the nurture and admonision of the Lord.

Please pray for the Owen Family as they are on the Road here in the U.S. continuing to raise their support for full time mission work.

• Evangelism
• Training Nationals
