Anchor Baptist Missions Int.
Bro. Arnold Woodard and his family have been serving in the area of Duango Mexico.
We received a prayer letter from them at the end of last month, and here is an excerpt.
Greetings from sunny Durango. We pray that things are well with each of you. Since the violence has calmed down, at least in Durango, it appears that we can soon begin going out to the surrounding villages to begin to work in them as well as here in the city.
There are several villages that have small works that my father-in-law has started over the years, but no on e has been able to do any ministry for some time because of the drug violence.
At least one of these towns, the village of El Molino, has a church, but no one has been able to go there for ministry in at least a couple of years. Also, the building is in need of repari.
Please pray for the village of El Molino.
El Pino is one of several other villages and towns where we also have the opportunity to possibly begin a work. We have many such opportunities, and we would like to be able to take advantage of each of them while we can.
