ABMI Aviation

Using aviation as a tool for spreading the Gospel around the world.

wingslogo-transp with white letters.gifSince 1984, ABCM had prayed for the access to aviation as a tool for spreading the Gospel around the World. Anchor Baptist Aviation became a reality in 2007 as church planter and missionary pilot Todd Bell, founder of Wings with the Word, became the director of our international Hanger from air.jpgeffort to support independent aviation missionaries through maintenance, repair, and training. Also to build or refurbish aircraft for missionaries where distance or terrain hinders their outreach.

Wings with the Word is based out of Sanford, Maine has constructed a hanger to house and maintain up to three aircraft, including an engine shop and along with an office area. The ministry currently owns and operates a Piper Cherokee 6,  a Cessna 402 twin engine,  and are restoring a Piper PA28-161 single engine Warrior II.
