Anchor Baptist Academy was founded in 1984 and continues to provide a sound academic education in a Christian environment for students in K4 through 12th grade.  Our on-site academy serves students through 8^th grade and is located on the campus of Anchor Baptist Church and Ministries at 3232 Hendersonville Hwy in Pisgah Forest, North Carolina.  Students 9^th-12^th grade, as well as families that wish to participate, are part of Anchor Home Academy, a hybrid program that offers the advantages and flexibility of home schooling, with the record keeping and social interaction of an on-site academy.  Anchor Baptist Academy utilizes the individualized curriculum of Accelerated Christian Education; allowing each student to work individually at their personal comprehension level, while challenging them in character building and Scripture memorization.  The goal of our school is to glorify God by meeting the intellectual, emotional, physical, and spiritual needs of the leaders of the twenty-first century.
